With over 10 years of involvement in training and development, Mr. Desai is extremely well versed in conducting skill development programs. His focus is always on result orientation, which should lead to productivity enhancement, improve quality of business and consequently business results.

Mr. Desai was associated for many years with multinational organizations like Modi Xerox and HCL group. He has hands on experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations and Channel Management at all levels.

He was also associated for a long time with a Telecom major to meet their skill enhancement requirements. He has conducted management level programs for reputed organizations such as Veeda Clinical Research Pvt Ltd, GNFC, AB Jewell’s, and LA Gajjar Machinery Pvt Ltd etc…

Till date Mr. Desai has helped developed proficiency to more than 4000 participants at different management levels and functions.

Mr. RAMESH H. JOSHI
A seasoned professional and veteran in the field of training and development. Mr. Ramesh Joshi is faculty of applied management.

He has been visiting faculty to various BBA and MBA colleges with core expertise in organization behavior and HR Development. In past he was associated with Entrepreneur Development Institute of India and was joint director of Water and Land Management Institute.

He has conducted various training programs on management development subjects and value based leadership for senior managers and IAS officers.

Mr. ISHVER NAIK
A Mechanical engineering graduate from M.S.University Baroda and MBA in Marketing and Finance from IIM Ahmedabad. Mr. Ishver Naik has spent many years in Canada. He has been a Management Consultant and has provided consultancy to over 300 small and medium size Businesses in the areas of Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.

Mr. Naik has also been a visiting faculty at university of Manitoba, Canada and has also been associated with various NGO’s in India. In addition Mr. Naik has been actively involved in Scholastic Excellence programs for various colleges. He has also conducted various seminars for reputed organization like Whirlpool, L&T, HDFC Bank, Ceat etc…

Ms. AMI I. NAIK
A graduate from Carleton University Ottawa Canada. Ms Naik has been senior editor for English Magazines and Books. She has also been associated in Event Management and setting up a Digital Archival System. Ms. Ami has been teaching English to Senior Level students and has undertaken business transcriptions for BPO outfit.

She has also worked in many Philanthropic projects teaching and training women in Animal Husbandry, basic computer skills and data entry etc. Ms. Ami has an excellent exposure in Public Relation as well as Secretarial Practices of International Standards.

MR. TEJAS DESAI
A young and a bright executive, Mr. Tejas Desai has earlier promoted high value digital systems and solutions for a multinational company. He also has hands on experience for managing operations on 24 x 7 basis as well as other such organizational activities.

With strong belief in eastern values, he is an active member of Chinmaya mission. Mr. Tejas Desai handles business dev. functions for XCEL C & S.
